Intuit has teamed up with Aprio to support mid-market accounting firms through AI-enabled Enterprise Suite and advisory services. The partnership will evolve to deliver solutions for larger firms, offering tailored insights and operational efficiencies for sectors including construction, healthcare, and technology.
The Enterprise Suite consolidates multiple business functions—reporting, financial management, payroll, HR, project profitability, payments, and marketing—into a single, AI-powered platform. The goal is to help accounting firms manage growing client complexity while providing seamless, data-driven advisory services.
Through this collaboration, businesses implementing Intuit Enterprise Suite via Aprio gain dedicated support, onboarding, and a personalised client experience. Current QuickBooks users considering upgrades will also benefit from Aprio’s certified ProAdvisors and Intuit specialists to ensure a smooth migration.
Intuit’s executive vice-president Ashley Still highlighted the strategic role of accountants, noting that Aprio is the first advisory partner to join forces to better serve mid-market businesses. Aprio managing director Jordan Fladell added that the partnership simplifies systems and enables firms to scale while maintaining a familiar tech interface.
Over the next 12 to 24 months, the collaboration plans to expand into advisory and growth-focused solutions, further integrating AI and technology-driven services to support evolving client needs.
