TC Group, a UK-wide accountancy and business advisory firm, has merged with West Midlands-based BSN Associates to form the combined business TC BSN. The merger enables expanded advisory services and broader national support, while maintaining the local presence of the Oldbury office.

BSN Associates, one of the few all-female-owned accountancy firms in the UK, specialises in services for owner-managed businesses, corporate and personal clients.

The merger ensures continuity for existing clients, with BSN founders Pippa and Hannah retaining leadership roles.

BSN Associates noted that the transaction positions the firm to achieve its growth ambitions and ensure the business is future fit for the changing business environment that impacts both BSN and our clients.

Headquartered in East Sussex, TC Group operates from over 60 offices across the UK, providing accountancy, tax and business advisory services.

In the year ending 31 December 2024, TC Group Holdings Limited reported turnover of £24.1 million (€27.8 million), up from £14.3 million (€16.5 million) the previous year, while operating profit increased from £4.8 million (€5.5 million) to approximately £12.1 million (€14.0 million).
