RSM Ireland is expanding its global reach through a new transatlantic partnership with RSM UK, RSM US LLP, and RSM Canada, set to take effect on 1 January 2026. The move aligns four major member firms under a unified structure to improve governance, streamline client service, and support long-term growth across core markets.

The partnership will connect more than 23,000 professionals spanning Ireland, the UK, the US, Canada, India, and El Salvador, with a combined annual revenue of about €4.6 billion. It marks one of the most coordinated efforts yet to create a partner-owned platform within the mid-tier accountancy sector, strengthening cross-border collaboration and operational efficiency.

Coinciding with this milestone, RSM Ireland unveiled its new Dublin headquarters at Iveagh Court following a major refurbishment. The office has been designed to promote hybrid working and digital connectivity across its global network, reinforcing the firm’s focus on innovation and talent retention.

Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Services, Reform and Digitalisation, Jack Chambers TD, who attended the launch, said the investment signals strong confidence in Ireland’s role as a professional services hub and underlines the country’s growing importance in international business.

The unified structure is expected to accelerate RSM’s shared investment in technology, client engagement, and workforce development, positioning the network for faster decision-making and greater scalability across regions.
