RBK Chartered Accountants has appointed two new partners and five associate partners, bringing the firm's leadership team to 23 partners. The promotions enhance RBK's depth of expertise across key practice areas in tax compliance and consultancy, audit and assurance, and corporate finance teams.

Business Plus reported that Charlene McCrossan and Sinéad McMahon were promoted to partner, whilst Andrew Duignan, Richard McAufield, John Moore, Jennifer Brennan, and Aidan Heavey were appointed as associate partners.

McCrossan, a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, provides audit, accounting, and advisory services to owner-managed businesses across manufacturing, pharmaceutical, retail, leisure, and regulated sectors. She recently received a diploma in auditing and assuring sustainability reporting from Chartered Accountants Ireland.

McMahon, a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and AITI Chartered Tax Advisor, advises corporate and personal clients on incorporation, reorganisations, succession planning, VAT, and due diligence. She leads the Women's Leadership Collaboration group within RBK's international network, LEA Global, and plays an active role in the firm's leadership training and ESG initiatives.

The associate partner appointments include McAufield specialising in international tax advisory, Moore leading RBK's dedicated VAT service with over 30 years' experience, Brennan advising on corporate finance and forensic transactions, Heavey bringing 25 years' experience in corporate finance projects, and Duignan leading the Structured Finance and Aviation Team.
