BDO Ireland has named Dr Dorothy Maxwell FICRS Dip IoD as Partner and Head of Sustainability, enhancing the firm’s capability to support clients with evolving environmental, social and governance (ESG) requirements.
Dr Maxwell joins BDO from Davy Horizons/Bank of Ireland Group and the Brown Thomas Group, bringing 28 years of international experience across business and government.

Her expertise spans climate transition planning, GHG accounting, biodiversity, circular economy, sustainable finance, and sustainability reporting for CSRD, IFRS, GRI, and CDP.
