Fran is a Chartered Management Accountant. He is experienced in areas such as financial appraisal, cost management, contract management and sustainable procurement. As a former Defence Forces Officer, Fran served overseas in United Nations missions in Liberia, Kosovo and Lebanon. He was promoted Commandant in 2013 and held a variety of operational and finance appointments in Defence Forces Headquarters. Before joining KPMG in 2019 he was Head of Finance and Procurement, Rotunda Hospital. He holds a Masters in Strategic Procurement from DCU and a Masters in Management Accounting from Smurfit Business School UCD. Fran is a Non-Executive Director of Volunteer Ireland.
